Ideally named - the body holiday - LeSPORT gives a wide range of treatments for everyone. Designed to rejuvenate and comfort the visitors, with the chance to learn new skills, you will find an array of options and treatments included in your tariffs.

Rooms:
Range of room types to select from including ocean view suites.

Garden Rooms: For the fast developing 'single-requirement' market, LeSport has created a new collection of rooms in twin room rates. These rooms are equipped with a Queen size bed and Pulaski Collection furniture. The bathroom are smaller in size than those of double rooms and are aesthetically furnished. These rooms have garden view and do not offer balconies or mini refrigerators.
Luxury Rooms: They are located in a lofty, three/four storey building with garden view. These rooms have four poster, draped, large size beds or two twin beds, are supplied with rattan chairs, mini fridge, table and writing desk, marble vanity with tow sinks. Soft goods are in pastel colours and walls are painted with original, rare, hummingbird prints. French doors open to a terrace or balcony and are supplied with two chairs and a table.

Amenities: During your vacation a customised plan of daily treatments will be offered at the Splendid Oasis relaxation centre.

1. Lucian Lime and Ginger Scrub
In order to present a unique and exciting high quality treatment, LeSport has formulated their product exclusively for use in this inclusive body scaling treatment. The products are totally organic. The constituents comprise:-
St Lucian Coconut Oil
Granular sea salt from the Caribbean
Real ginger and lime zest
Lime and ginger oil.

LeSport offers other upgrades for this treatment to the customers in the form of Milk Ritual and Exotic Coconut (particularly useful for sensitive skin type) or the Exotic Frangipani Body nurturing Wrap (Useful for dry and dehydratedskin).

5. Deluxe Coconut and Spice Combo
Covers an array of splendid massage movements exploiting the therapeutical powers of spices and Coconut Oil.An ergonomic chair further accentuates the experience in assiting the masseurs to massage your neck, back, scalp and shoulders to alleviate stress and muscles contractions.

6. Hydrotherapy
This treatment utilises treated seawater, which is rich in sodium ions, phosphorus and calcium which are easily absorbed by the skin. Massage jets are used to sprinkle water and other fun exercises are included to assist weight loss, improve circulation of blood and energize muscles.  Visitors are requested not to forget their swimsuit!

7. Hand and Foot Zone Therapy
Feet and Hands are the most exposed parts of the body. This theraphy is intended to soothe these spots that are often neglected. Relaxing movements and pressure points ease the body and mind.

*Nurturing Massage for expecting mothers
It uses the highly successful and safe pregnancy massage treatments using Japanese Camellia oil. Yoga positioning is used to get the best in relaxation and comfort. Relieves the pressure in the upper and lower back and relieves you of any puffing in the hands while relaxing your mind and boosting the spirit.

A choice of water sports and land based sports comprising hobie cats, fencing, sailing, snorkelling, archery, and windsurfing. 3 Swimming pools, secluded beach. Other amenities include: Dress shops, tour desk, and Concierge.

Dining: With three restaurants, the Deli and two bars, inclusive of the Piano bar, there are enough delicacies to tempt your palate. Closes only after the last person leaves.

Cariblue Restaurant - Faces the sea, dishes are designed for healthy eating without sacrificing on its taste. Cariblue is open for three meals every day. Breakfast is buffet style and a la carte dinner.

Tao -  The praise worthy Tao restaurant provides a mix of West and East cuisine with genuine Asian tastes and Western influences, and has been added in Conde Nast Travellers list of "60 hottest table". Some delicacies carry an extra charge.

The Deli - Provides healthy dining; offering made-to-order unique salads and tasty sandwiches. Also served are chilled herbal teas, muffins, nutritional and low calorie cakes, as well as fresh fruit and vegetable juices. The deli is ideal for the vegetarian looking for healthy and simple food.

Clubhouse Grill - Six nights per week, a barbecue or carvery is offered in the Clubhouse from 7:00. This is a lighter and casual eating option. Specialised meals are also provided on demand for vegan, low cholesterol, vegetarian and low salt diets. If you have individual dietary needs, please inform LeSport before you reach and a team of head cooks will work to pamper your palate.

Dress code in the eating room is casual. During the day, guests are required to wear shoes and cover ups on swim suits. At dinner, informal elegance is in order and guests are not supposed to wear T-shirts, jeans or shorts.
