
Malta’s most rocky area, Salina, offers you lovely views across the Sea. You can swim off the rocks in the beautiful warm waters. Salina has something unique to offer, the catacombs made out of rocks. These dates back to 2nd century BC and are not to be missed. Towards the south part of Salina, lies the Hypogeum. It is listed as a World Heritage Centre.
Salina offers you a peaceful and calm resort; however, if you are interested in shaking your legs or trying your luck at Casinos then you don’t have to travel very far. The nearby Buggibba offers you Discos, nightclubs, karaoke bars and a huge variety of bars and restaurants.
Valletta, the capital of Malta can be visited and you would get to see houses with timber balconies, fortresses, palaces and churches. It is located above two ports; the Grand Harbour offers you spectacular views of lovely fountains, beautiful gardens and nice restaurants and bars.
