Radda is a village in the Tuscany region of Italy. It is located in the Siena province and is about 50 kilometres from Florence. It is a small quaint village with a tiny population of less than 2000. Even though it is such a tiny place, it has many beautiful places to visit and hotels to stay in.
Radda is situated in a beautiful and picturesque location. It is set in the Chianti hills and is surrounded by forests and vineyards. Radda is full of greenery and the scenery all around the village is amazing. The small medieval village was built around the Palazzo Pretorio. This building in Radda dates back to the 14th century. A lot of Radda’s history can be experienced in the monuments in and around the small village. Radda was fortified in the 15th century and some remains of the walls around it are still intact.
