Mellieha Bay is the Malta’s biggest sandy beach which you can visit anytime as it is very close to Qawra.
Qawra boasts of a Museum that exhibits cars from the ancient era. The museum is called “Malta Classic Car Collection Museum” and shows you 80 vintage cars and motor cycles. It also has a gift shop, cafeteria, juke box and cinema. Indeed an incredible piece of history, this is a must visit place.

Since Bugibba is located next to Qawra, you can always visit the good restaurants, casinos, karaoke bars and clubs of Bugibba which is supposed be the busiest resorts.

There is a lot to do in Qawra, apart from sightseeing. Qawra provides you with lot of water sport activities from speed boats to scuba diving. There are a lot of dive centers in and around Qawra providing you a good variety to choose from wrecks, caves and reefs.

If you are visiting Qawra in winters, you must visit the Ghadira Nature Reserve which has over 200 species of birds along with wild chameleons and Rabbits.

The Qawra also organizes boat trips to nearby islands for its tourists. It includes underwater safaris on a glass bottomed boat which gives a unique experience to the holidaymakers.
