Beans, corn and vegetables are the main staples. Fish and chicken dishes are very popular and tacos are prominent in the menus. November is a gastronomic Mexican treat with annual gourmet festivals. Rum and tequila, beers like Sol and Corona are the safest liqueurs.   
•    Las Carmelitas is the highest ranch restaurant for that fabulous view and a rural atmosphere that is exciting to families.
•    Bubba Gump is a fun-filled restaurant on the boardwalk serving the best fish and shrimps.
•    Café Roma offer tasty pastas, pizzas, ribs and salads in a relaxed atmosphere with a couple of Karaoke nights.
