Protoras holidays feature a wide range of lodging options designed to suit all budget types. Large tourist village resorts with their sprawling gardens, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, and several 5 and 4-star luxury hotels, their alfresco cafes and bars, pool areas and multi-cuisine restaurants, make up Protoras holiday attractions.

Inland from the coast, you can pick from an excellent choice of traditional taverns, bars and restaurants, particularly authentic Cypriot eateries in the Paralimni village near Protoras. There are also plenty of pubs and late-night clubs designed for and attracting a predominantly British population. Ayia Napa’s nightlife is also a major draw for young holidaymakers.

Not all beaches in Protoras teem with visitors. For those who like a little seclusion and quiet, the Flamingo or Fig Tree beach is perfect. The traditional villages of Paralimni, Sotira and Liopetri are splendid getaway destinations for quiet holidays.  Konnos beach in Kapp Greco, in the southeast of Cyprus, is also great for family holidays.

A few kilometers south of Protoras is the bustling resort of Ayia Napa, Cyprus’s party zone and the hub of all things fun, boisterous and entertaining. Ayia Napa holidays feature superb beaches and a fantastic selection of 5, 4, and 3-star hotels, apartments, inns, cottages and villas located along the beach, the beach road and further inland from the coast. A range of moderately priced and budget accommodations can also be found in Ayia Napa town, especially around its commercial areas. You will also find a couple of rental homes located in the town’s residential quarters.
