Playa San Juan Holidays

The Playa San Juan is part of Alicante, Spain. It is a popular beach resort on the doorstep of Alicante city. The Playa San Juan is situated on the beautiful Costa Blanca in south-east Spain. The monastery of Santa Faz, an important pilgrimage is very close to Playa San Juan. The traditional scene of an annual pilgrimage, takes place on the second Thursday following Holy Week.

Playa San Juan is well known for its sandy beach which stretches out over 7 kilometres along the Costa Blanca. It is a primary tourist town of Alicante. It is a golfer’s paradise and has spectacular coastlines. Playa San Juan is famous for its historical monuments. Located outside of the town of Playa San Juan, the beach is located in a residential area. The beach is lively in the summer months and generally peaceful during the rest of the year.
