Playa Arena Attractions and Activities

A little inland from the Playa Arena beach rests the resort town of Playa de la Arena. The Playa Arena resort, along with the neighboring resort of Puerto de Santiago, offers excellent family holiday accommodations, and is one of the fastest growing resorts in Tenerife. There are numerable amusement arcades to be found along the beach, as also around Playa Arena town. With shops, cafes, and restaurants aplenty, Playa Arena hums with activity during the day. Nightlife here is low-key, and although a lot lively than the neighboring resorts of Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes, it is still quiet. Playa Arena offers a friendly, family atmosphere and will suit you if you are planning a relaxing sun and sand vacation.
