Despite being a thriving tourist resort, Pissouri has maintained its traditional character. Pissouri Bay holidays are based on miles of golden sandy beaches. Located close to Pissouri Bay are the resorts of Limassol and Paphos. Both these resorts sport excellent beaches offering nice accommodations. The seafront promenades feature a host of expensive, moderately priced and inexpensive hotels and apartments, several cottages and villas. A little inland from the beaches, there are several shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, including numerable food plazas and eateries along the beach road.
