Nuweiba Getting there and around

If you are planning to reach Nuweiba by air, your best bet is flying to Cairo, Sharm el-Sheikh or Taba and then taking the bus to Nuweiba. Bus services also run from Dahab and the Israeli border. You could also take the boat from Aqaba (Jordan) to Nuweiba which takes about 1 and half hours to reach Nuweiba. Free Jordinian Visas can be obtained for travelers holding an EU, US, Australian, New Zealander or Canadian passport. From Saudi Arabia, and Jordan, you can also ride a car ferry and arrive at Nuweiba Port in about 4 hours.
If you are traveling on the East Delta coaches from Cairo or Taba, you must get down at the hospital and walk 20 minutes to reach Tarabin. If you get down at the Port, you must find a taxi to drive to Tarabin; look for the blue and white taxis. East Delta buses also run from Dahab and Sharm el-Sheikh to Nuweiba.
