General Etiquette

The tip is generally included in the bill; however, you may tip extra if the service is good. Also, you can pay the room boy or waiter either every day, once a week or at the end of your holiday.  The Europeans have been paying the hotel staff once per week and this has not affected the services. 
If you are visiting a nearby mosque of village, it is advisable to cover arms, legs and shoulders due to the predominant Muslim religion.
