Maspalomas is served by the Gran Canaria International Airport. The airport is located in Bay of Gando in the east of Gran Canaria, 25km from the tourist resorts in the south. The airport’s Terminal A serves most domestic and European flights, while Terminal B-C serves inter-island and non-European flights. 

Visitors traveling from London to Gran Canaria can avail the BMI, Ryanair, EasyJet, Monarch, Thomas Cook, and Thomson airways from London-Gatwick. Most of these airlines also fly from London-Luton, London-Stansted, and Manchester. Several other airlines like Austrian Airlines, Hamburg International, Norwegian Air Shuttle, Scandinavian Airlines, and Swiss International Air Lines, among others, serve frequent vacation charter flights from most major European destinations.

Islas Airways serves flights to and from Gran Canaria to Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. Spainair and Iberia Airlines connect Gran Canaria to Spain’s capital, Madrid.

From the airport, there are several taxis available to Maspalomas beach resort.
