Los Gigantes Attractions and Activities

Next to the beach is Los Gigantes’ marina. The marina bustles with activity during the day, and you can either board a luxury yacht or fishing vessel to take trips up and down the coastline or to the diving sites near the cliffs. Boat trips will also take you to parts of the Atlantic inhabited by dolphins and whales.

Los Gigantes’ Dragon Trees are an impressive sight. These mystical trees, famed for their red sap or ‘dragon’s blood’ are believed to posses healing powers, and only found in the Canaries. A day-trip around Los Gigantes will reveal several of these and is worth your time.

The Los Gigantes town has been built into the cliff face against the backdrop of a lunar landscape. The main town sports strategic landscaping and tropical plants dotting a cluster of mid-rise buildings that render Los Gigantes pretty and picturesque.
