Los Cristianos accommodation ranges from 5 and 4-star elegance to 3 and 2-star comfort stays. You will find a range of hotels and apartments to choose from, many of which are located down the seafront, and some inland in the new commercial area. Hotel amenities include swimming pools, fitness centers, mini golf, tennis, kid’s club, spas, restaurants and bars, including sun-bed facilities for the beach.

Los Cristianos is made up of a number of man-made beaches. The Playa de las Vistas is the main beach in Los Cristianos and holds the prestigious Blue Flag. The Playa de los Cristianos beach is located next to the harbor, the commercial hub of Los Cristianos town. There is a third beach further south which is pebbly and secluded and has become the unofficial nudist beach of Los Cristianos. There are also several small sheltered beaches that are great for couples and resting.

Los Cristianos beaches are well equipped with water-sport facilities. Windsurfing, jet-skiing, parascending, surfing, banana boat rides, pedaloes and scuba diving…there’s plenty of scope to hone your water skills. Tenerife boasts excellent dive sites displaying an array of corals, marine creatures and caves. Few of such dive sites can be found in Los Cristianos.

There are plenty of hiking trails around Tenerife’s Mt. Teide National Park. 5 and 4-star hotels usually offer day-trip packages around the island, so be sure to grab the opportunity.  Aside from the incredible flora and fauna and hiking trails, the cable car vertical ascent to the top of Mt. Teide is to watch out for.
