Tremendously Beautiful Letojanni
The land of Italy has an overwhelmingly rich history. And the delightful Italian town of Letojanni is no exception. Letojanni is traditionally a fishing village and the benevolent Saint Giuseppe its patron. The Letojannis’ are mostly the descendants of the Gallodoro community. Till the end of the eighteenth century, the Golladoro people dwelled on the hilltops, overlooking the Ionian Sea. Many affluent families gradually moved down to Letojanni 1866 onwards, after road and rail transports were established. In 1952 autonomy was conferred upon Letojanni. This fishing village slowly transformed into an enticing beach town which attracts holidaymakers from across the globe.
