Las Palmas Weather

Unlike the warm southern coast of Gran Canaria, Las Palmas sees an average year-round temperature of 20C.

Las Palmas has large amounts of rainfall, and this is reflected in its fertile landscape. September, December and January are the wettest months in Las Palmas, the latter two experiencing temperatures of 14C during the day, followed by cold nights.

Come spring, months of March and April have temperatures between 18 and 20C, receiving 7 to 8 hours of daily sunshine. Summers temperatures in June, July and August, stay between 21 to 23.5C, and there is 9 hours of daily sunshine. Humidity is low and the spring-like weather, even during the summer months, makes Las Palmas perfect for summer holidays.
