Description: Galley Bay is an all-inclusive seafront getaway, spanning over forty-acres of flourishing, tropical precincts facing a three-quarter mile shore. Situated on the unexplored western coast of Antigua, the resort provides an isolated surrounding, bridged by a wooden link through a bird sanctuary and lagoon. Thatch, bamboo and terracotta gives a country experience and an exceptional attribute is a wooden deck to absorb in beautiful sights of the Caribbean Sea. There are 69-guest rooms, cupped amid the palms, about three-quarters of them extending into the crystal white sand beach. In close proximity to the bird sanctuary are the exclusive Gauguin cottages with attached splash pools. Lay around on the beach or the scenic swimming pool or those looking for some high adrenalin action, there are non-motorised aqua sports, a championship tennis court and a fitness room. Soak in the chilled out ambience and dedicated service while admiring the beautiful sunset. The resort is ideally located as well; being only a 25 minute drive from the V.C. Bird International Airport and 10 minutes from town of St.John's.

Superior Beachfront Rooms: (approximately 270 sq.ft.)
These beautified single level rooms are adjacent to the beach and feature arched ceilings, attached rooftops and bathrooms with showers only. Rattan furnishings, louvered windows and vivid local art recreate a typically Caribbean mood, while its proximal location means that you need no time
to get from bed to sea.

Deluxe Beachfront Rooms: (approximately 340 sq.ft.)
Situated in either 1 or 2 storey buildings, these rooms are larger and featuring large beach patios with beach showers, walk-in wardrobes and modern bathrooms with showers. The lower level rooms are just adjacent to the beach, while second-floor rooms offer stunning seaside views.

Premium Beachfront Suites: (approximately 568 sq.ft.)
Housed in 2 storey buildings, these fashionable split-level suites facilitates a sunken living room with a wet-bar, private furnished terraces or patios and expansive bathrooms with bidets, floor-to-ceiling windows, his & hers showers and extra large tubs.

Gauguin Cottages With Private Splash Pools: (approximately 268 sq.ft.)
Located in proximity to the bird sanctuary lagoon about 50-yards from the beach. Each one comprises of two distinct rondavels bridged by a cushy breezeway - one is an air-conditioned bedroom and the other is a dressing room/bathroom along with ceiling fan and shower. Their splash pools measure a minimum of 7 ft. x 9 ft. and feature adjoining sun decks, veiled by the tropical foliage. Many enjoy soothing sights over the bird sanctuary lagoon.

Room Amenities: Air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, radio alarm, clock, coffee-maker, hairdryer, ceiling fan, king-size bed, mini-refrigerator, safety deposit box, bathrobes. Irons and ironing boards are available on request.
