Fuencaliente Getting there and around

Fuencaliente is served by the La Palma Airport. Visitors traveling from Tenerife-North or Gran Canaria can avail the inter-island Binter Canarias airlines or Islas Airways to La Palma. From Madrid, national carriers Spanair and Iberia Airlines have frequent flights to La Palma.

Visitors traveling from London can avail the Thomson Airways charter flight from London-Gatwick and Manchester. There are also several other airlines that fly from European destinations like Brussels, Frankfurt, Munich, Barcelona, among others.

Visitors arriving by boat can avail the fast ferry service from Santa Cruz in Tenerife north, Los Cristianos in Tenerife south, San Sebastian in La Gomera, Las Palmas in Gran Canaria, Puerto del Rosario in Fuerteventura and Arrecife in Lanzarote to Santa Cruz de La Palma. From Santa Cruz, Bus 7 takes 1 hour to reach Fuencaliente via Mazo. Between Santa Cruz and Los Llanos, Fuencaliente is one of the major stations for Bus 3.
