• The vibrant marina and waterfront is a popular spot in Fethiye. The starting point of boat rides and a number of day trips, the harbour is a nice place to have a relaxing meal and drinks. The marina views and bustling activity by the locals are fine sights to have.
• Enjoy some shopping at the local market held on Tuesdays. The colourful bustling activity is an interesting watch in itself. You can buy fresh fruits and veggies, fish, spices, seafood, lace and leather items. Hunt for a good Turkish rug (kilim) in the Old Town.
• Fethiye has proximity with many beautiful beaches, which are also sites for a range of water sports. Calis and the Blue Lagoon are popular spots, but if you want some privacy then head off to the many secluded coves along the bay.
• From banana boat rides to pedalo, waterskiing, Jet Ski, windsurfing, sea biking, kayaking and sailing can be enjoyed at the beaches around Fethiye.
• The Gulf of Fethiye is a great spot for diving with crystal clear waters, coral reefs, wrecks, sunken ruins and colourful marine life.
• Olu Deniz near Fethiye is one of the best spots in the whole region where hiking, paragliding, horse riding and mountain biking can be undertaken.
• A number of boat trips and cruises embark from the Fethiye harbour to places such as the Twelve Islands, Butterfly Valley, Kayakoy Ghost Town, Saklikent Gorge, Kalkan, Dalyan, etc.
• Fethiye holidays are incomplete without hot Turkish bath and Turkish massage.
