The new city also houses expensive to comfortably priced hotels, apartments, rental homes and inns.

Famagusta enjoys a lively nightlife. If you are in Famagusta during one of Northern Cyprus’ summer festivals, you will witness the city coming alive with merriment, laughter and late-night parties. For most of the year, night entertainment is concentrated on the hotel restaurants and independent dance zones, pubs and clubs. The party centre of Ayia Napa is located just 15kms from Famagusta. Ayia Napa enjoys a nightlife rivaled only by Kyrenia, which is a short boat ride from Famagusta.
