Durban is an enticing mix of influences and cultures. Beautiful streets lined with Victorian architecture and quiet neighborhoods exist with vibrant Zulu and Indian market areas, entertainment hubs and residential places. Durban houses a large Asian population and has the largest Indian community in South Africa. The Grey Street is where you will come across the Juma Muzjid Mosque and the Indian spice market, both interesting places to visit.

The Wilson’s Wharf harbor is one of Durban’s most famous places, housing a fine selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. Away from Durban city are some of KwaZulu-Natal’s most frequented places. Among these is the Tembe Elephant Park, Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve and the Drakensburg Mountain area. Resorts like the Ramsgate and Margate along charming Blue Flag beaches can also be found, and these are great places for relaxing holidays.
