There are some noteworthy places where good dining is possible in the Drakensberg Mountains after a day of outing.

• The Tower of Pizza, centrally located and easily accessible, is one such place where great pizzas can be enjoyed. The food here is served at affordable prices. However, the place is rather humble and frequented mostly by the locals.
• The Duck and Dolittle is a charming restaurant located in a dairy farm. The restaurant serves lovely breakfast, light meals and cream teas.
• The Sport Resort in Mount Splendor is set amidst lovely surroundings and is well known for its excellent food and large buffets.
• At the Boars Head Pub, tourists can have a good time, especially during the weekends when the pub is crowded by locals and tourists alike.
• St. Anton’s and Tuva Lodge, located in central Berg and northern Berg respectively, are pubs/clubs that can be reached within half an hour by car from most places in Drakensberg. The musical entertainment comes from live bands and local DJs who play here regularly.
