Nightlife Corralejo is dominant, although the resort is scattered with English style bars and restaurants, and is a late-night party zone. Live music, cabarets and folk dancing are often a part of resort and hotel entertainment programs.

All types of international foods are served, including Greek and Mexican delicacies among the traditional Spanish and Canarian fair. Food is often accompanied by local Spanish beer, Caffrey's beer, Bulmers Cider or Guinness Irish dry stout, and generally fruit juices, punches and cocktails with light snacks.

·         Rosie O' Grady's – Home-cooked Irish food accompanied a range of drinks; live music shows every night; open till very late hours.

·         Rock Island Bar – Jam sessions and live acoustic music over light snacks and drinks; casual friendly atmosphere.
