Campania has been an extensive tourist destination since time immemorial. This miniature bay land has engraved its name in the books of census as the second most populated province of Italy and hosts 5.8mn people. Even, its population density is remarkable considering its coastal location & privileges it offers to its inhabitants. Campania region is engulfed at the upper hemisphere by Molise & Lazio territories & it’s Eastern & southern tips have been delimited by Basilicata & Apulia regions. The peninsular plain is sub divided administratively into five substantial provinces namely Avellino, Naveli, Caserta, Salerno & Benevento. The physical features of the mainland Campania comprises of 51% rugged terrain with 35% mountainous highland & 14% fertile plains. Transportation in this area is not a compromise with comfort for individuals visiting this place as the region has substantially sizeable fertile & even plains. Campania covers a surface area of 13,600 sq. km & has a 350 km coastline which stretches from north to south. The minuscule independent states that sprung up during ancient Greek & Roman reign were assembled to form a dimension able European province. This collective anatomy of tiny independent states has given way to formation of Campania region. The Campania region was concatenated with Modern Italy in 1860. The city of Naples hosts a laudable Archeological museum.

People here are grounded by hardcore principles laid down by their ancestral dynasties. One striking feature that every Italian province has is that after marriage, women never forsake their father’s surname.
