Bodrum Region Getting there and around

The Bodrum-Milas airport is around 35 km from Bodrum which does have chartered flights during summer months. The Bodrum region can be reached in three hours from the Izmir and Dalaman airports. One can even get to Bodrum by boat from the Greek islands of Rhodes and Cos. There are regular buses to Bodrum from all the major cities of Turkey. Taxi, Dolmus (mini-bus), bus and rented car are common ways of local transport in the Bodrum region.
