Diving and snorkelling are the major attractions of the Biyadoo Island Resort. The house reef is 50 and 300 yards from the beach. The house reef provides excellent snorkelling. The reef around Biyadoo is famous for its sea life. Tourists can view sting rays, octopus, manta rays, black tipped sharks, turtles and many tropical fish while snorkelling. The island’s house reef is densely populated with fascinating coral formulations, making the island a magnificent place for diving. The diving centre in Biyadoo is considered the ‘El Dorado’ for experienced Scuba divers.
Biyadoo is a perfect place for amateur and seasoned divers. The diving spot, Manta Point can be reached be twenty minute boat ride.  Boats leave for Manta Point four times a day. The resort has a PADI diving centre also. The world class dive spot, Kadooma Thila in Biyadoo Island, is famous for strong currents and pelagic fishes. The island also has a number of macro diving sites where one can see rare species of invertebrates. The Biyadoo Island house reef has a famous cave. One can view nudibranches, harlequin shrimp and a lot of other fishes.
The resort also has facilities for various other exiting water sports. These include windsurfing, catamaran sailing, waterskiing, banana boating, scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing.

This Herbal Health and Yoga Centre is the only one of its kind in Maldives. This Herbal Health and Yoga Centre offers Indian oil massage based on the Ayurveda, the ancient medical treatment. Ayurtheeram promotes relaxation of body and muscles.
Island hopping is popular amongst tourists visiting Biyadoo.
