Akyaka Weather

Akyaka is situated closer to the Aegean Sea, rather than the Mediterranean. Consequently, though the weather is warm at Akyaka, it is also windy (bliss for windsurfers!). The hottest time of the year in Akyaka are the months of July and August. On the other hand, winters are pleasant but colder than the rest of Turkish holiday destinations because of the mountains. Moreover, most of the rain falls during the winter months in Akyaka. The sea waters are always warm and comfortable. Any time of the year is reasonably good for having Akyaka holidays, but the best are the spring and autumn seasons.
